The Internet. What a great tool! But it can hide many nasties like you know what. But I offer a solution. Listen, why don't the ISPs get together and collate the websites of the offensive material and put them in a Virtual Private Network (a separate area on the net) and two things 1) Allow access with a password and 2) charge like a wounded bull (ie a lot). Of course, child pornography is banned and other material that is deemed offensive should also be banned.
